This tool has major functionalities needed for teams to kickstart especially teams going Agile /SAFe way. Most importantly, iObeya team is gathering all the feedback to add more capabilities / improvise the existing functionalities. Tool is evolving for the good.

iObeya is a tool that is particularly easy to use. It brilliantly reproduces the physical supports of visual management, while allowing, in these times when in-person presence is not possible, a dematerialization of information. Very useful for team meetings, informational briefings, and formal presentations, it is also a perfect playground for feedback and idea sharing thanks to the animation options. iObeya is a perfect visual management tool that finds its limitations when used in project management, the information is at the moment T, there is no history, nor data cross-referencing, which leads to using different tools simultaneously and multiplies the entries. iObeya provides an easy way to make digital visual management. It's closed to the real practices you can get in a classical Obeya room and I think it's a key factor of success for the adoption of collaborators. It's very natural and intuitive.

Even if a lot of functions are available and you can personalize boards, cards and a lot of accessories, sometimes you would like to go deeper and get another function and you can't do exactly the thing you would like. But the iObeya team is very customer centric, and is always listening to our need or usage.
