There is always good for improvement and, we are always learning, which is the great point that makes sense to all challenges we are facing in this changing and evolving digital world. If I have to say something, is mainly focused in some technical aspects of the platform which in specific complex environments, it might be needed some adjustments to make it work in a customized way. However, as I said, this is in complex and not-standard environments where things are always difficult to make them work smoothly at least at the beginning, which, is normal to happen. The platform is user friendly with a useful helpcenter with required information for each available tab within the platfom. The platform also has a inbulit request center which simplifies raising queries to support and has a chat feature with email notification when there is a reply. The detection tab is also extensive with ease of use on filtering and viewing of alerts with required information and ability to obtain the link for further investigation if a screenshot is not available.
