What do you dislike about Chattermill?

It would be nice to have a sort of AI agent/assistant that can also help guide and troubleshoot. It is easy to formulate what type of data we want to see but not always clear how to get there, if there was an AI feature that can interpret the Results we want to see and guide through the steps on how to get there based on the specificities of our set up. What I like about using Chattermill is the ability to automatically categorise feedback by user, team, and site, which makes it easy to pinpoint exactly where issues or successes are occurring within the business. This helps us understand patterns across different points of contact and allows each team to focus on what’s relevant to them. What do you like best about Chattermill?

As Product Analyst at HelloFresh for the past six months, I’ve been really impressed with how we process customer feedback through chattermill.

Its ability to analyze and categorize unstructured feedback is incredibly helpful and impressive. Its theming and sentiment analysis help us quickly aggregate and synthesize large amounts of feedback (in several languages).

More specifically, Chattermill has helped us:

- Identify drivers of dissatisfaction regarding recipes or ingredients, allowing us to make targeted improvements.

- Monitor the impact of our product changes by tracking customer sentiment and feedback.

- Understand customer preferences per segments (eg: loyalty) to better tailor our service.

The insights from Chattermill have led to real product enhancements and a more customer-focused product development process.

What do you like best about Chattermill?

I love how much data i can pull from all the different dashboards, themes and feedbacks. It's super easy to understand, so it makes it easier for me to implement my action plans accordingly. Due to my limited time, I only use Chattermil 2 a week. I love the interface and whenever I contacted the customer support, I got an answer the same day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chattermill?

We have transformed our manual admin and time consuming data entry work, which was open to human error and misinterpretation, into an automated-algorithm tool that takes out the subjectivity of what customers are talking about, greatly reduced our manual data entry and has given us far greater levels of granularity in our data.

What do you dislike about Chattermill?

For our purposes, it's a good fit and has improved our ecosystem. However, if you were hoping it will solve all your problems and tell you exactly what's going on with a 'decision' at the end of the data, this is not what this tool is for. We ingest our Customer Support and NPS data, which was previously a heavily manual process for a team member.

We have increased the accessibility of data to other parts of the business, by now having self-serve dashboards that are set-and-forget.

What do you like best about Chattermill?

Chattermill has transformed how we analyze feedback from all our channels - online, app and in store. We use it to integrate multiple data sources like NPS, surveys, review sites and social media so we get a full view of our customers.
