What do you dislike about Akita?

The Gmail integration was a bit clunky and isn't best suited for launching playbooks daily with a quick turnaround time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Akita solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Akita?

Akita does a great job of offering users easy ways to track and manage tasks around following up with customers. Their integrations with Gmail and salesforce are excellent and help my team stay connected to our goals and unique customer profiles. Their support is seriously top-notch, too.
