Is there a way to search for tickets using the items purchased as a key word?
Most of the time, If we don't get a customers information and they needed to return something in the future, it can be a real pain. Instead of simply searching for the item the person bought, we would have to go through a list of transactions to only possibly get the right transaction; And that happens to be really ineffective during peak hours or high volumes periods of the year (black friday, christmas, etc)
Go to "Inventory" , search the item. From that item's page, scroll down to its "Inventory History". Ticket numbers and dates are listed for each time the item was purchased. if this is what you already do, I'd suggest that at peak hours you not worry too much about finding the ticket. Instead make your return policy that returns without a receipt may receive a refund of the lowest price that item could have sold for in the last 30 days. It would be nice if a ticket could be looked up by the last 4 of the credit card used, but Springboard doesn't seem to have that ability.
