Landree and the Customer Support team with BatchDialer are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Additionally, it's ease of integration between my CRM and other Systems are top notch.
LOTS OF PROBLEMS. The worst and most painful was that we couldn't get sellers off the Phone. Carriers pretty much marked batch. From 60 contacts a day, we dropped to 30. Massive loss of business. Occasionally they will have problems that are even worst....
It's very easy to set up the campaigns and track the agent's performance as well as customize fields for exporting files.
User interface is terrible; Filtering is limited, and Customization is next to impossible. I hate how its hard to see what happens to the each number. there is no way to do it.
