I had issues with the product quality, which needs improvement. In example, pdfViewer.

Their sales channel is very aggressive - wanting early renewals, offering dubious discounts for early renewal, badgering frequently if you are wanting additional licenses, if you are going to renew licenses later in the year, etc. If the software wasn't so strong I would have gone elsewhere on this point alone.
