What do you like best about Metapack?

The system does what its asked efficiently and reliably. We have very little issues from a day to day perspective. The stake holder management is excellent. We have regular operational service reviews to ensure matters are dealt with promptly. Technical information is made readily available for our integration teams and is comprehensive. What do you dislike about Metapack?

Collaboration on project / enhancement activities could be improved. Although emails to questions are returned promptly. When there is a more complex technical issue needing to be investigated and assistance is required, the level of help can be less than expected which can be somewhat annoying! What do you like best about Metapack?

For me the thing i most like about MetaPACK is their delivery management, the way they manage it to provider the real time delivery to the receivers at the required destination. They provides well service small and medium businesses, 3PLs, and carriers with delivery options for consumers in B2B and B2C markets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
