Started using it in the office and it has been very easy to get the hang of. It is very straight forward and helps so much with organisation in an office. One of the best features of Kickserv is the integrated map. We are a mobile business and once a tech clicks on a job, they can easily click on directions without having to use a seperate app. The invoicing is super easy and it integrates with Quickbooks which is a huge help for our business. The only thing i would change is that I wish we were able to enter new part numbers into Kickserv while doing estimates/invoices. We currently have to still do that through Quickbooks and then sync it before we can do an estimate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We find it extremely easy to use and customize. We've used it for over 14 years and are finding new features all the time. I like using kicker for a plumbing business because it allows communication in the field and office seamlessly. I also like that we can notify the technician that he has received a job through the notify button very easily. Also, we really like that you can jobs from the calendar. The only thing I don't like about it is that it seems like accounting integration is a little behind. I wish that it wasn't just QuickBooks that we could use because QuickBooks is really expensive. I wish there was an ability to have a second location so that the companey admins wouldnt have to log into 2 seperat accounts to manage the other location as well. We are a small business and looking to add a second location. Accounts recievable would currently have to log into 2 seperate accounts for the administration to bill for each location.
